Service Description
Deepen your self-understanding, find clarity, and navigate life's challenges. I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe space where you can explore your inner world of thoughts, feelings, and emotions, through the body. We'll use mindfulness and somatic based techniques to connect the mind and body, to find out what drives you, what you want, and how to help you get there. My supportive and holistic approach empowers you to make positive changes towards a life of greater meaning, freedom, and fulfillment. I am pleased to offer a limited number of free or highly discounted sessions while I build my coaching practice. This allows you to experience my coaching style while I continue to grow and develop my services.
